Susunan Organisasi Dinas Pegendalian Penduduk, Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan, dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Kendal ditetapkan berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati Nomor 3 Tahun 2025 tentang Kendudukan, Sususnan Organisasi, Tugas dan Fungsi, Serta Tata Kerja Pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk, Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Kendal.

Dinas Pegendalian Penduduk, Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan, dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Kendal mempunyai tugas membantu Bupati melaksanakan urusan pemerintahan bidang pengendalian penduduk, keluarga berencana, pemberdayaan perempuan, dan perlindungan anak yang menjadi kewenangan dan tugas pembantuan yang ditugaskan kepada Daerah.
